Ashley is a RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance and a certified breathwork and mindfulness coach, as well as a certified kids yoga instructor. She loves to share how to make yoga FUN; and to introduce kids to a healthy lifestyle and help with their mind, bodies and even socialization. She works with kids of all abilities and ages. She believes everyone should be themselves, no judgment, and to be kind. She has taught in many different settings, in gyms, private events, international online platforms, etc. Some fun facts are: She loves to hang out with her rescue dogs. Her favorite holiday is Halloween. Ashley loves to take photos of wildlife. Ashley can’t wait for you to join her in class!!

Yoga, mindfulness and relaxation

Intro: In our 45 mins we will be starting out with an intro and then do a  yoga flow of about 30 mins, that also combines breathwork interlaced with the moves.  Following that we will play a yoga game!  Some examples are yogi says, yoga freeze dance, wiggle worm, etc.  about 10 mins. Ending our session  for the last 5 mins we do some relaxation/meditation and breathwork that calms our nervous systems and teaches how to regulate the emotions and to destress and relax.
