The word yoga means “union” in the Sanskrit language of India. The origins of Yoga can be traced back 5000 years to a sacred text called Rig Veda. The great thing about yoga is that it can be practiced by any one at any age with no prior experience. And that is why it makes for a great kids activity and exercise. The students will learn how to use posture, breathing and meditation for their well-being. The instructor will teach students Asanas, or body positions, that they can use and practice any time.

What will be covered
Easy to follow yoga flow with breathwork and mindfulness
Ashley is a RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance and a certified breathwork and mindfulness coach, as well as a certified kids yoga instructor. She loves to share how to make yoga FUN; and to introduce kids to a healthy lifestyle and help with their mind, bodies and even socialization. She works with kids of all abilities and ages. She believes everyone should be themselves, no judgment, and to be kind. She has taught in many different settings, in gyms, private events, international online platforms, etc. Some fun facts are: She loves to hang out with her rescue dogs. Her favorite holiday is Halloween. Ashley loves to take photos of wildlife. Ashley can’t wait for you to join her in class!!
